While trapped in the “Mobile office of Misery” also known as the “mom van” from 3-9 or later on most school days, thought I would stop in for a drink on the road- easy ordering, speaker was clear, no line at 3:30, pleasant staff, in and out with a monster beverage to get me through the next 6+ hours of taxi cabbing View all feedback. Stopped for a quick bite at Chambersburg store and was served up an UNGRILLED grilled cheese! It was absolutely disgusting! The bread was stale! I called corporate for a refund. She assured me it was being escalated to proper authority. It’s been 2 weeks with no response or refund! View all feedback.
