Majority of food was fresh and delicious. Lo mein was not salty, fish cooked perfect, tender and tasty. Broc was cooked well, still crunchy. All chicken dishes were great. Egg rolls and dumplings were typical at buffets- just ok. Soups were fantastic. service was superb. Didn’t try sushi Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Saga Sushi Buffet Hibachi Grill:
We're usually pleasantly pleased with Saga. Tonight has been a complete let down. Their sign says that the open till 10:30p but @9p nothing was any where near fresh. Pans of food were nearly if not completely empty. There was also approx 20 ppl in there battling over food scraps. It's gonna be awhile before we think about returning. Just a fair warning to anyone out there.... Do not go there after 9p on Saturdays, it... View all feedback.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking; the staff only checked on us once and seemed more focused on demanding a tip than providing good service. They watched us as we took out our money, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a very disrespectful large man with glasses who seemed to talk about us in a negative way in another language. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience. I do not recommend this place for dinner.
I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is fantastic! I visited while I was out of town, and it surpasses both of the buffets back home. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. For the dinner I had, the food, service, and atmosphere all received a 5. Highly recommend!
Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 I highly recommend trying the buffet mix, hibachi steak, and shrimp lo mein.
The food was not good, and I was upset myself, and my kids didn’t even finish a plate of food. It was so bad. I asked the front desk man if we could have at least a discount since we didn’t eat anything and he told me no we had to pay full price so I had to pay $35 for food that we didn’t even eat.
