Manager did came out and remove... read more Was served an uncooked impossible burger. My wife took a few bites when she realized the burger was cold and not cooked through. Manager did came out and remove the item from the bill but honestly at this point I would have expected to cancel the whole billas a token of forgiveness or whatever. Nevertheless, we paid for the other food we had and my wife left the place still hungry.

I didn't want the fries, so the waitress suggested I choose a salad or onion rings instead, but she didn't inform me that there would be an extra charge for that. I assumed the onion rings would simply replace the fries without additional cost. I only noticed the extra charge afterward. It felt like they took more money from me than necessary. Additionally, the onion rings were excessively salty. The prices here are outrageous. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, everyone who ate them ended up with food poisoning. It's just unacceptable. The restaurant needs to improve their standards.

I've had dinner here half a dozen times and I'll say that there burgers are outstanding . My fave is the royal Robin burger (I think that's the name of it , wow... read more I've had dinner here half a dozen times and I'll say that there burgers are outstanding . My fave is the royal Robin burger (I think that's the name of it , wow is it good , I'm hooked . I've noticed if they get excessively busy though things tend to getrushed some and quality suffers somewhat , not terrible but noticeable. Regardless I'll keep visiting this place for a greatburger , enjoy .

Each bite fills me with joy from the delicious flavors, but it’s also a bit sad knowing I'm getting closer to finishing them. I’m giving it one star less due to the confusing card machines at the tables. However, the service during this visit was very good.
