Red Lobster - Chambersburg

First off the greeter wasn 't very nice told us to hold on a minute ok ... there was no biscuits until 15 mins after we already sat down n placed our order , waitress asked us if we need anything and 3 of us sat there with empty glasses do I gave tell you that we need refills .. come on really common sense .. the baked potatoes weren 't ready with our meal so we got half of our meals had to wait another 15 mins for the potatoes .. and the place wasnt even busy there was 5 tables of people thats it .. the food was barely warm .. very disappointing we will go another red lobster in the future.

Overall great experience. Food is solid, service impeccable and atmosphere slightly antiquated at this point. But look guys... warm cheddar bay biscuits and when we ran out our server just brought more over. This Red Lobster has definitely come full circle and there is a reason they are still in business. If you used to like it and haven't gone in a while... go again!

Service was good and so was the food. Always love going to Red Lobster!

Very few tables in the restaurant. Service was very slow, plates not cleared, refills offered only after we requested our server.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was great and we were waited on by a manager, who was very attentive!
