Ordered the snapper, it was dry and uneatable (really over cooked). The kids loved the chips but the 'popcorn chicken' was shriveled up processed **** and the spaghetti had no flavour. We took cutlery from inside as we weren't given any and a lady came out and told us she had to take it as it was the inside cutlery and she would get in trouble. Took ages to get a spoon for the spaghetti. Then the kids were eating ice-cream and it was around 2:40 and some lady came out and said 'can I ask you to leave, I have to set up for dinner service', she then said there's a red lounge inside you can sit at. I am sorry, we are paying customers sitting out the back where the kids playground, the kids still had ice-cream and a drink and she's is kicking us out? There was ABSOLUTELY no-one out there. One table could wait couldn't it, I mean another 15 minutes? Definitely don't bother. Service was **** and so was the food. Really disappointing.

The steak w... read more I went here with my partner for lunch today. I got the 250g rump steak, medium rare w/ fries and garlic cream sauce off the lunchtime specials menu. The steak was quite nice and a decent size so were the chips and the steak. The meals off the lunchtime menu came with the salad bar which had a range of things like potato bake, lettuce mix, coleslaw, fruit. I prefer just a salad with the meal as I'm not a fan of salad bars but was still a good selection if you are someone who likes that. My partner got the fisherman's basket off the specials board. It came with a piece of fish, 2 calamari, 3 prawn cutlets, fish bites and garlic aioli. He said it was okay but nothing special. To me it looked like the frozen seafood you buy from ALDI.For the drinks I got the Toblerone off the cocktails list. It was served to me in a glass that had a crack in it so I took it back to the bar and they made me a new one. Overall not a fan of it but I am someone who normally drinks jack Daniels and wanted to try something different as it sounded quite nice. It was a bit strong on the first sips and did get smoother as I was drinking it. My partner just got a glass of coke.

Fantastic for kids. Great food. Friendly Staff. Playground for kids and also a games room. Bonus buffet with main meals. One Sunday every month they have a Family Day with a jumping castle and facepainting for kids. My grand daughter who is 3 loves it here.

There were 2 long tables in the restaurant, with some customers ordering at the counter and others ordering using the app. The meals were served at different ti... read more There were 2 long tables in the restaurant, with some customers ordering at the counter and others ordering using the app. The meals were served at different times, which was understandable, but those of us who used the app were not informed of the 45-minute wait. In the end, we waited 63 and 70 minutes for our meals. I spoke to the manager, who offered us free dessert, but we just wanted our main meals. We won't be returning to this restaurant. On a positive note, the portions were large and there was a friendly bartender named Jimmy who provided excellent service. However, another worker in the restaurant seemed to make excuses for everything.

We ordered appetizers and... read more I went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday night. The table I had reserved for two people was already occupied by someone else. We ordered appetizers and main courses, but before we could even touch our appetizers, the waiter brought out our mains. He wanted to leave them on the table, where they would get cold due to the nearby air conditioning vent, or take them back to be kept warm under the heat lamps, potentially overcooking and drying out our meals. My partner was very unimpressed by this.
