I ordered a BBQ Brisket Kolache and a Taco Bowl with the regular fajita beef, regular potatoes, rice, and shredded cheddar cheese on top. It was a lot of food, with a very well proportioned mixture of ingredients, and the beef was tender. It was tasty enough and good enough that I would order it again. Luckily, there were some spicy potatoes accidentally mixed in because I really enjoyed them, but they did seem pretty spicy so next time I would order it with 1/2 regular and 1/2 spicy potatoes. The Kolache was a large round one and the bread part was way too thick and prominent out of proportion to the filling. And it didn't really look like the photo advertising it on the drive-thru window since it seemed to show less bread and showed melted cheese, but mine did not have any. I guess the cheese has to be ordered separately, but I would not order it again anyway because of the too bready situation. I would like to try to get there earlier next time to try the Barbacoa since I couldn't this time due to them running out of it before I arrived.
