Terrible Bloody Mary experience. I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary, and it came out white with what I suspect were ghost peppers or some strange ingredient. It was just way too spicy and not enjoyable at all. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Overall, I’d rate the service and food each a 3, but the atmosphere was a solid 5. I had lunch there, and the meal was around $10–20 per person.

This place is a great spot to enjoy some food and drinks. Our bartender, Rose, was very attentive, which really enhanced our experience. I absolutely loved the burgers! The Sunny D seltzer was refreshing and just what I needed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The silver dollar is one of best small town bars in SD and I’ve been to quite a few. If you’re looking for an authentic, hometown experience with good food and drinks, this is the spot.
