When I went back to... read more The drive-thru cashier (Monique on the receipt) had a very unpleasant attitude. I ordered a breast meal deal but was given a thigh instead. When I went back to fix the order, I was made to wait 20 minutes, and the correction was never made. I kept asking how much longer it would take, but both the manager and cashier just said, "Give me a second." Eventually, the cashier asked me to pull forward only to tell me they had to refund me after multiple inquiries about the wait for just one breast and a biscuit. If you don’t like your job or working in fast food, maybe you should stay home.

Today at 11:00 AM, I tried again, only to be told they weren’t open yet, despite the drive-thru being in service. It’s no surprise that Popeyes next door is always busy while KFC remains empty, even with their menu options.

Ordered online thru app. Arrived at restaurant to teller advising me one of my items was unavailable, and I'd have to select something else. When I reminded her the order was already paid for, and there was nothing else KFC offered I wanted, she became upset, and told me I'd have to cancel the whole order.
