We were not disappointed, the welcome was very warm, the service fast and the food excellent with good value for money! No doubt, everything is homemade and with love ; There are also several choices for vegetarians! We followed your advice for our hike around the Island of Noirmoutier and started from the mainland to cross the bridge on foot. Without our meeting, we would have missed this very symbolic passage! The dish... read more Restaurant discovered randomly during an exit on Challans. Small but well-appointed room with classic tables and high tables. Open room on the kitchen. The dishes are excellent, rich and organic. A limited choice of dishes and desserts hamburgers, salads, quiche vegan, chocolate mousse, tiramisu specoos/pommes, amandine pie. This is explained by the operating mode: for example pasta is made on site. 98% of ingredients are organic and local. But there is plenty to satisfy appetites and gourmets!! Possibility of having a child share of the same dish as adults and proposal to bring the remains home, which is not common. Possibility of take-away dishes as well. Very nice service. We were able to wait by solving the little riddle of the day that gave us the right to... play again! Finally, I recommend you book. Nice discovery!
