I waited an hour for my two pizzas, even though I was initially told it would only take twenty minutes when I arrived to pick up my order. Another person ended up picking up my order by mistake, and it was promised to be remade within 40 minutes. I waited an hour for my two pizzas, even though I was initially told it would only take twenty minutes when I arrived to pick up my order. Another person ended up picking up my order by mistake, and it was promised to be remade within 40 minutes. However, the employees did not seem to be concerned about their mistake or their job in general. Without any sense of urgency or responsibility, the lack of customer service was disappointing.
I ordered cheese bread but it did not come with any sauce. I called and was told that I needed to ask for it, though I believe it should have been included. It would be better if they asked customers if they wanted sauce at least.
The pizza was burnt, with a hard crust on the bottom due to the high oven temperature.
