Roll'd stands out in the bustling food court scene, offering a mix of fresh and flavorful Vietnamese dishes. While patrons enjoy the varied vegan options and sizable portions of pho, some inconsistency in taste has been noted. The rice paper rolls shine with fresh ingredients and are considered a healthy option, though some may find them sticky. Notable favorites include the lemongrass beef bun and the tofu soldiers. Although it may not set the standard for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Roll'd remains a reliable choice for those seeking a quick, satisfying meal amidst shopping chaos.

The restaurant offers various vegan options, which can be identified by checking their website or allergen chart. The food is decent and delicious, with a good variety of vegan choices. I have tried the tofu Soldiers (spring rolls) and the vegan lemongrass chicken bowl so far, both of which were excellent.

This restaurant is quite inconsistent when it comes to the quality of the food they serve. I typically order the 'House Special', which includes a cup of pho and two spring rolls. The spring rolls are usually quite good, and I appreciate the variety of sauces available. However, the pho can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s sweet and flavorful, while other times it tastes watered down. On my last visit, I had to walk back because they forgot to include the pickled onion and chili in my pho, which was quite inconvenient since I was alone and had to manage my shopping bags. They also forgot the sauce for my spring rolls, but I didn't feel like getting up again to ask for it. For a food court restaurant, it’s decent, but don’t expect truly authentic pho. I’ll probably keep coming back because I often crave pho.

Grabbed two soldiers barramundi and avocado, and prawn and pork with spicy hoisin sauce. Tasted ok, not as fresh as other stalls in the CBD but still ok.<br/ <br/ Got the peach iced tea and it was really refreshing and nice. A bit sweet.<br/ <br/ The pho cup with mixed beef and chicken was really nice with the fresh chilli. Very spicy and the soup was really nice on a cold day.

Great value for a tasty and fresh lunch. Combos are great value and the cup size of pho is surprisingly big and quite filling. Would be nice if there was more meat and the cup was easier to eat out of as it is quite narrow. But these aren't major issues as the soup is flavourful and there are plenty of herbs as well as optional fresh chilli.<br/ <br/ Rice paper rolls are nice but we opted for our sides as pork spring rolls (delicious! and chicken ribs. The chicken ribs were disappointing as they were very sweet and tasted like fish sauce.<br/ <br/ All in all a good experience. Will definitely be back.
