Hat the artist! traditional and original cuisine (this is possible. , tasty, chablis fourchaume 2018 excellent, prices correct view quality. the chef also makes the service, very well organized, the waiting between the dishes is reasonable. Really seduced.

A very nice discovery. a Japanese chef who cooks French with seasonal products. little choice but given the quality it is largely enough. Indeed, the value/price ratio is more than reasonable. a certain tranquility emerges from this place, which from the outside is very discreet. Consider booking because the number of covers is very limited. We were 11 at lunch and it was complete.
The talent of this young Japanese chef deserved better than this room, where he himself does the reception in service, not forgetting the kitchen! excellent menu, beautiful chablis map, and therefore extraordinary performance to show in French hotel schools)
