I don't understand this place. White wine aged from 35 euros, but accompanied by a cheap bistro cuisine. Things like a taco with sausages and sweet corn, or a green salad with a supermarket vinaigrette. I can't say I loved the concept. I don't get this place. I am going to eat with colleagues at the winemaker’s mâchon recently, this restaurant is an institution for French gastronomy, to install in the same place for ten generations it’s always a pleasure for me to come to taste good foods and wines alone or accompanied. Being catering, and working for a beautiful institution (restaurant LE CIEL DE PARIS) , I want to say that the products are fresh and made home with love and passion as always. The service is irreproachable waitress and servers extremely welcoming than happiness! Having been able to visit the estate accompanied by the owner of the place and having been able to taste wonderful wines I am returning to my region with some boxes to make discover the wonderful chablis of the Defaix family. I strongly recommend that you be alone or accompany, for a family meal or a business meal the winemaker’s mag will meet all your expectations with a huge smile.
