Everyone enjoyed the kitchen, from the entrance to the dessert (for my part egg meurette, fish accompanied with impeccable cooking vegetables and 2 balls of fantastic ice in dessert). Excellent advice for wine, warm welcome and impeccable service. We'll go back with pleasure!

The restaurant is a short walk from the... read more This is a very popular and busy restaurant so booking a table is a must. That is the French way as I heard a waiter say. The restaurant is a short walk from the town centre. I chose Cochon A La Chablisienne which was good and my wife opted for the Bar which is cooked with almonds and comes as a whole. They will remove the head if you ask. The dessert was good and we just had to have a bottle of Grand Cru Chablis. I didn 't find the restaurant to be expensive and the service that we received was very good. One surprise was that we had to ask for an ice bag for the wine to keep it chilled. This was when it was 34°C and we were sitting outside.
