Rang up ordered tea, daughter went picked it up, But when serving up on plates there was 3 items missing. Rang the shop and the lady said very sorry, come back now and we will fix the order,to late it would have been cold by the time she got back. This is a great place for takeaway fish and chips , super hamburgers and the like . The staff are friendly , the premises clean the owners are really very obliging always smiling and willing to help my favorite takeaway in the area.
Really disappointed waited for ages then food really fatty and not so nice quiet dear actually. Staff rude
West End takeaway is far and away the best fish and chip store in the area. Very friendly service , great quality food and very competitive pricing makes West End the best choice in Cessnock for traditional take away , great burgers and their special baked custard
Only take away great burgers fish and chips. Clean and friendly staff and food doesn't take long once ordered.
We went here for tea and wish we didn't. I food was disgusting and was cooked in very old oil wish made our food terrible. Will never go back again
