The owner was very courteous in his service, he explained the menu to us, advised us to order the first course as the last course (so as not to fill us up too much during dinner and made us prepare half portions so we could try more dishes. As appetizers we tried: razor clams with a light baked breadcrumbs, not very tasty but good; the cuttlefish and Bernese cappuccino with cuttlefish ink, a nice and delicious idea... we were about to order another one!!! As a second course we shared the tuna belly with pumpkin cream and black cabbage, which melted in the mouth. To finish, the paccheri with chopped mussels, very good. To conclude we tasted the chocolate sphere filled with exotic fruit mousse and mango heart and the pain au chocolat with eggnog cream (they brought us the saucepan directly!! , both exquisite. They also offered us a slice of panettone which we obviously covered with the leftover cream, thank you!
