For the first time I ate industrial cured meats in an Umbrian restaurant... first courses with discount pasta (tortellini, stringozzi which were tagliolini), sauce based on tomato puree, salad in a bag and finally a dessert made up of two gold saiwa with an ambiguous butter-based cream in the middle... terrible service (a gentleman who mumbles).
