And food..I'm without photos. I didn't even manage to take them because it was eaten so fast. Gyozas were one of the best we ever had. And fish was super fresh. As someone who worked in a sushi restaurant for a few years myself, I am picky with fish, but this one, hats off! It was fresh and really well prepared We come again tomorrow!

And if our expectations wer... read more We've been wanting to try Sushina, a restaurant on Cervia's canal, for a long time, given the positive reviews from previous guests. And if our expectations were high, the feedback was no different. Everything was truly excellent. Favorite dishes: lobster gunkan, mackerel nigiri, and Japanese shrimp spaghetti. The staff was efficient and extremely friendly. We drank an excellent bottle of Albana rosé. Prices are moderately high, but we think the value is excellent.

It's alright... but not a must-try, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer much better food at a better price. Good for a snack, but not recommended for dinner.
