I had a positive experience at this typical Starbucks. The place was clean, the service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. I was quite impressed with their innovative approach to handling pickup orders, which seemed remarkably efficient. However, I noticed that there was only one outlet available for customers to charge their devices. I think this is a significant drawback for a Starbucks. Overall, my first visit was enjoyable since I arrived early and managed to use the outlet for a few hours before my meeting.

Great staff! I'm very pleased with the service. They introduced a new coffee called Cascara Latte, which has become my personal favorite—definitely a must-try!

I placed my order through the mobile app but wasn't aware that it was waiting for me by the entrance. I stood at the counter for quite a while before I noticed other customers picking up their drinks from a table by the entrance. They really should put up a sign at the counter to let customers know about this. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly, and they even had caramel drizzle, which was a nice surprise!

This Starbucks is well-managed and maintains a clean environment, just like all of their locations. There is ample space both inside and outside to enjoy your coffee. Its prime location makes it easily accessible, especially for shopping.

The gentleman working on Saturday at 5:30 PM, who had green eyes and a Hispanic background, was exceptionally kind! I didn't catch his name, but he definitely made our drinks nice and strong—thank you! At Starbucks Store 578, we also received warm smiles from several other employees. This Starbucks is fantastic!
