Pieology Pizzeria Cerritos Towne Center

The service was friendly. I ordered the pizza MY Way, which had a thin crust topped with a mix of white and red sauces, plenty of meats, and lots of veggies. Delicious! It felt like enjoying a warm salad on a crust. I also got some buffalo garlic butter sauce on the side and had a fountain drink to go with it.

Today, I visited Pieology in Cerritos, and there was only one employee working. I’ve been to various Pieology locations before, but this time was different. Carlos, the guy who took my order, made my pizza exceptional. He followed all my instructions and even cooked the crust extra crispy, which turned out to be the best pizza I’ve ever had at Pieology. Carlos is really skilled at his job and worked tirelessly all by himself throughout the day, doing an excellent job serving everyone. Great work, Carlos, and thank you for the best experience ever!

I ordered my favorite pizza, customizing the toppings with extra cheese and requesting it to be well done. It arrived just as I had hoped. I loved how the cheese melted and stretched when I picked up a slice; it was delicious and gooey. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention: if you download their app, you can get a free, gooey cheese bread!

The pizza here is delicious, offering a great range of topping options, and they are also accommodating to vegan diets. However, curbside pickup can be a bit challenging as the designated spots are often occupied by cars. You'll need to come inside to pick up your order or opt for regular pickup instead.
