The young lady at the front is super sweet but the food took forever 20 minutes on a plate togo ? Not a single soul inside , now i know why is empty..

The chicken meat is so chewy and really hard to eat. Doesn’t taste like Hawaiian style at all.
I 've lived in Cerritos for more than 16 years and have been coming to this location. And the service has gone down. The lady Lesly at the front doesn 't seem to energetic nor happy to even work, and the cooks take a long time to prepare the food and I 've been to different locations of L&L from Cypress, Anaheim, and Irvine.
