Chick-fil-A never disappoints! You can always count on a good experience when you visit. They did forget to add pickles to my order, but when I asked for some, they brought them to me immediately without any hassle. The staff is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. Chick-fil-YAY! I love this place. Food quality and service are very good and tasty, pretty good too. Price very reasonable. recommended this place.
This Cerritos location is constantly a hit and miss. When I order from the drive-thru, I'm always asked to park my car and wait for my order to be brought to me. My order is always usually it is a Southwest chicken salad. I refuse to go park my car and wait for my food to be brought to me. Edgar, the key holder, didn't agree with my decision and he told me I had to get out of and go park my. I asked for my money back and I left.

I have love this location but the food is less and less each time I come to the store. The salads use to have a lot you could barely put salad dressing on, now it barely has lettuce to the dressing on it.
I came here last Friday morning to pick up enough food and drink for our wedding party of 16 people. They told me to wait in my car out front and eventually someone showed up with two large bags. I asked her if that was all of it and she said yes, so I drove off. Half an hour drive later, I opened the bags and realized there were only 14 meals, no drinks, and no sauces. I called and they said they were looking for me in the parking lot earlier, but couldn’t find me. Worse yet, I’d have to go back by the end of the day to get a refund. I replied that this was impossible because wedding. The worker on the phone spoke to her manager and said it would be fine if I came the next day she would leave a note explaining the situation. The next day rolled around and I pulled up to get the $35 refunded to my card. I called for the manager and brought her up to speed. She asserted that due to policy she would be unable to refund me and she didn’t receive any note. After some push, she finally agreed to refund me for the missing items. It was only after I drove off that I realized I got $25 back the $10 discrepancy was a result of her refunding me for the wrong drinks. I let it go, but resolved to write a long review on Google that nobody would ever read. 2 stars because I used to visit this Chick fil A a lot back in high school (2011) and never encountered any problems. I ultimately don’t care too much about the missing food or the $10 underpay, but I am a little disturbed that it took so much verbal finesse and me showing up physically (in a walking boot, no less) to get a $35 refund for a mistake they made in the first place. Still love Chick fil A and workers can have bad days, of course. I’d recommend being careful with your order if it’s very large that is probably the takeaway here.
