I absolutely love pho, and this spot is fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys pho. The flavors are exceptional, and they serve generous portions of both meat and noodles—definitely more generous than some other places.

I had Blooming bookmarked and decided to finally try it for lunch. The interior is quite bright and large with lots of tables.Service was okay, I agree that they never really came by to check on me but there weren 't otherwise any major issues. I feel like it 's about as much service as I expect at an Asian restaurant.The menu is quite large, and prices are very fair. I like that they had the option of a combo vermicelli, with shrimp, egg rolls, and choice of beef, pork, or chicken (I chose beef). The vermicelli came in a large slanted bowl and was tasty.I also ordered a side of pho broth, large size for $5, which was so big that I had to take some broth to-go. The broth was piping hot and super flavorful.Overall, the meal was better than I expected, and the decorations (fish tank, pond) plus quirky robots also added to the experience. Solid Vietnamese food establishment.

You are not here for the service! and thats OK! it's not horrible but it could b better sometimes! you will survive just b kind more persistent with your requests. in my experience the foood is delicious every time. i have tried the egg rolls, spring rolls and chicken wraps- all so yummy as appetizers, made fresh to order. ive tried the steak and rice and it was cooked to my liking. my ultímate go to is Pho Best Ribs! it is perfect and the ribs are so tender so amazing so flavor- the broth is amazing and i love adding their chili oil to my ribs omg i enjoy it so much! i want some rn ! the music here is interesting but i respect it and i dont hate it.

I was surprised with the level of service this place has. Outstanding! They even have two AI Robots serving some of the food in addition to the staff! The food is somewhat a mixture of high level Vietnamese fusion. You can also order traditional soup and stir fry noodles. Prices are affordable and they have not raised their food and drink prices at all. They even have aquariums with fascinating turtles and several fish. We are going back here definitely to try more of their excellent cuisine.
