Hildegard Pub - CERRETO SANNITA

I start by saying that the pub respects the anti-covid rules, with control of the green pass at the entrance and correct use of the mask. Very young, courteous and especially welcoming staff, ready to meet every request. As for food, I can only express myself positively! Very good! We ate a PANICOTTO Bun of fried cutlets, filled with cooked ham, mozzarella, salad, chips, sweet sauce; the pizza 'SQUISITA' with Fior di latte,bresaola,rucola,pomodorini, Parmesan cheese, E.V.O. Pizza pasta is very soft and especially light! I'll be back soon.

I love pubs, and during my short stay in Cerreto Sannita, I was inspired by this place with the classic wooden furniture. The first night I took a cutter of meats and cheeses, nothing amazing, but all genuine. But I had spotted a couple of pizzas that intrigued me, and I decided to go back to taste them. I was not denied, I took the Mastncola: sausage, stracciatella, tomatoes, provola, basil and basil pesto. A perfect combination of flavors. The boys are then very kind and hospitable.

Classic local pub in dark wood with bench tables all of wood, good pizza with many variations, excellent that calabra with yellow tomatoes and nduia.tanta choice of beers at honest prices.

Great beer and pizza very good. sweets not to the height.

Good quality but very slow service, give precedence to take-away service and really waiting times are biblical. I think it would be enough to organize itself in such a way as to avoid unpleasant not to return on site just for this reason.
