We were on the farm for 4 days, including over New Year's Eve. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. The food was super delicious!!! The accommodation has a parking space, space for sports and WiFi. Our two dogs also felt comfortable. The yard has been really, very nicely restored. A celebration was offered on New Year's Eve and we were really excited. There was a great atmosphere, there was delicious food and they took into consideration that the guests came from the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. We will 100% come back again! Food drinks: Great value for money. Super delicious!
We really liked the hotel. We spent 3 days there as a larger group. The complex is a little out of the way, but not a problem in itself, as places like Görlitz or Liberec can be reached relatively quickly. There is a hotel building on the complex with several beautiful and well kept rooms that were more than sufficient for our stay. It doesn't come close to a standard hotel room in the German sense, but if you consider that this is a castle courtyard with a riding stable, then the rooms are really sufficient. The wooden details in particular make the whole complex very romantic and cozy. The dining room/restaurant was also very comfortable. Some complain about the size of the food. But for us they were big enough to feed everyone. Tip for the kitchen: Maybe use smaller plates for the food. Then the whole thing looks a little more harmonious on the plate. The small drawback at this point was that not all of the waiters spoke German or English. That's why communication was a bit difficult for us. The prices of the food and drinks were reasonable. The highlight of our stay was the New Year's Eve celebration, which was really lovingly organized. The buffet was delicious and the entertainment was a big plus rarely experienced in Germany. The price was a blast, in a positive sense. We really liked that! In addition to the hotel, there are holiday apartments, riding stables and a football pitch on the complex. Unfortunately we couldn't continue to use them, so I can't say anything about it. Animals are allowed in this hotel. What would we improve? It would be nice if there was a social room with billiards and table tennis or something similar. The village is “dead”, especially in winter. This is a great way to pass the time. Also, it would be nice if you could provide things like hair dryers or shampoo and shower gel in your bathrooms. A small negative point because there were no more dishes available in the evening and you had to eat the same thing more often, even though the menu was relatively large. We would be happy to come back again in the summer months. Until then thank you for the great stay. Rooms: Cozy and adequately equipped. The rooms in the main building sometimes look a little different than the rooms that are accessible from outside. Noteworthy details: Animal friendly No hairdryer and no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom
