The quality of ingredients and the precision of preparation are at the level of top restaurants. I even dare to write that perfect. Compared to anything I've experienced so far. In this attic and not entirely cozy space, which evokes more of a racing canteen, the dishes felt like a revelation. So who doesn't mind the atmosphere of a bistro, a lot of free space around and a little isolated, but extremely clean space (but that's just somehow inappropriate this is what chefs do in restaurants with sofas and suede curtains, the sterile environment is simply surprising), he will meet a very nice person here service and above all the work of a truly extraordinary chef.
