We just arrived with our family here from the... read more Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend anybody to go here. This owner does not deserve any customers. We just arrived with our family here from the netherlands and the parking of the restaurant is in front of our hotel, so we accidently parked at their parking, but we immediately saw that we parked wrong and were already looking for the right parking space to move the car. While we took out our suitcases. The owner walked up to us in 1 minute and told my parents very rudely to immediately move the car. My parents said yes ofcourse and they went to take the suitcases upstairs as I stayed with the car trying to find the right parking space and calling our hotel. This was all within 5 minutes. The OWNER of this restaurant saw this happening and he walked up to me (a 26 year old girl) yelling that I have to move the car right now. I said yes sir we are moving it but can I ask you something. And he YELLED at me again! HE SAID: NO YOU CAN NOT ASK ME ANYTHING MOVE THE CAR RIGHT NOW OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE. And then he just walked away. I am just in SHOCK sir. How you can treat people Like this. We just arrived at our vacation and hotel and we were planning to spend a lot of money in Your restaurant, as it is right under our hotel. I wanted to ask you for your menu and you just yelled and walked away, like I was your kid or something. VERY DISRESPECTFULL and disappointing behaviour of a fellow human being. Do better. We will not be eating in your restaurant during our vacation and we will ask our friends and family who come here to never come to your restaurant.

He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.

However, be sure to bring ear... read more Very pleasant hotel staff. They speak excellent French. The location, close to the lake and the Bellagio pier, is truly excellent. However, be sure to bring earplugs for the traffic that passes right outside the windows. The decor is still in the 1970s, and the rooms are very disparate but very clean. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful.
