The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always happy to help with anything. Every employee from the concierges to the restaurant staff was very helpful when ever we requested something. It is easy to see why Villa D'Este is a 5 star hotel. Great accommodations, great food , great staff and beautiful classic Italian style interior design. and gardens The floating pool is a bonus. Can't wait to come back.
