Contrast in name and in fact because it marries the culinary tradition of the area with futuristic solutions. Each dish has different and unusual flavors, each accompanied by a brief description from the highly trained waitress. The amazing result. The price is decidedly high but adequate for the dishes prepared lovingly and with excellent products. A gem.
