Subway Sandwiches Salads - Centreville

Fast service. It does not have a lot of dine-in seating though. The bread is freshly baked. The quality is consistent with other Subway. It is located right in the middle of a busy shopping center. You may miss it since there are many other choices.

Very bad experience that we been through!!! The lady?s attitude was so rude, I told her four times what I am going to get, but she refused to hear me and talked coworkers at the same time. Then she did not even ask me the sizes of the bread and laughed. Then I asked ? can I have fork and knife?? She gave me used knife which was without plastic bag. I asked her This is used, she took it and trashed. Anyway, her attitude is so bad. Really really bad experience.

I decided to try out this one because it was very close to my house but I was left disappointed. The cashier could barely speak English so I tried to make the communication as simple as possible so she could understand while I ordered two Spicy Italians. I also took an online survey because it's stated you'll get an offer of either 2 free cookies or a fountain drink of your choice in EVERY Subway. I presented my receipt from my previous transaction to the cashier but she denied it even though I wrote down the offer code at the top of the receipt as I was directed to. She kept shaking her head and so I called for the manager but the cashier did not call the manager for the next 5 minutes and instead moved onto another customer. When the manager showed up, she and the cashier were speaking another language while looking at my previous receipt and she also denied it. Unfortunately for them, the next customer after me stood up and stated that the free offer is indeed valid in EVERY Subways and that I have the right to file a complaint if they refuse to provide the offer. They simply gave up and I walked out with two free chocolate chip cookies in my hand. I thank the customer for sticking up with me and I'm glad I stood my case instead of just walking out. This Subway clearly does not value customers.

Current staff isn't the best.. Burnt bread and cookies. Portioning needs work and just careless at the job. Next day. Both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE

Terrible service. Their personnel needs some customer service training. They?re rude and sloppy when prepping a simple sandwich. I had to post a review after going to this place for the third time. Won?t be back, that?s for sure.
