I visited this KFC in the center of Alabama for the first time and had a great experience. The place was tidy and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very efficient. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The service was dreadful, and the food was terrible. My meal was served raw; if I wanted something uncooked, I could have just bought cat food because it would probably taste the same. I will never return. View all feedback.
Not open until 10pm closes more around 9 save your gas
This KFC is a disgrace to the KFC chain. The dining room is closed randomly about half the time. When it is open they are frequently out of menu items for no reason. The dining room itself is usually dirty. Competent management is badly needed.
KFC has always been good food, but the pieces of chicken are a lot smaller than they were 4 years ago.. The whole rotisserie chicken you can get at Walmart for less than $7.00 is the same size in value, KFC large sides are over priced, $4 and some change. I had a coupon for 8 piece meal $18 and after tax $21 and some change..
WOULD BE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, We ordered online a 12 piece chicken bucket and fries, We got to the store they told us to wait so we sat down, we waited 10 minutes for our order that was suppose to be done 15 minutes earlier and she warned us the food just came out and was hot, The minute I got in the car I could smell a rancid odor coming from the bag, we tried the fries on the way home and they were cold and hard, We got home and took it out the bag and it was absolute carnage in the bucket, We immediately went back to the store to complain, We spoke to Sherian the manager and we were told she could not refund our money because it was an online order and then proceeded to say she could not take the food back and didn’t offer to replace it at all, she was rude and condescending. We’ll never be eating here again!
