They went above and beyond for my mother when DoorDash canceled our order, making what turned into an impromptu family dinner truly special. The food was perfectly cooked, and our order was complete just as we requested, with all the extras adding an amazing touch. Thank you all so much for making this experience incredible! There was about a quarter in... read more I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes for fresh chicken, only to get home with a 10-piece meal that clearly had been reheated. There was about a quarter inch of cooking oil at the bottom of the bucket. I had to have a 10-piece meal replaced once before because the chicken was old, and it wasn't like this in the past—it used to be a great place to eat. I didn't even bother to have them fix this last meal; I've decided not to stop there anymore. When I have to check the food's condition every time before leaving the parking lot, it's clear that I need to find another place to eat and avoid the frustration of inconsistency.
