The lines still take 20+ minutes consistently with no real updates from the staff through the wait.... read more The food is usually fine, but the wait times are ridiculous. The lines still take 20+ minutes consistently with no real updates from the staff through the wait. They usually just leave you in the car and no one waits at the window on you. They must be understaffed or poorly trained. Even on the nights that we order ahead, they still have us wait nearly 30 minutes in the drive through with everyone leaving the drive through behind us. Beyond ridiculous wait times. The staff themselves are nice and courteous, so I hope they get some good help or better training soon.
