What Cork dislikes about Jack's:
Food inconsistent. If you have several items be sure you check your bag. They will short you order more than you think or give you wrong items. This is worse of late. Lady at the DT was easy to understand on the speaker. Our order was right, and hot fresh made to order. Only complaint is that the customer just ahead of us had to offer two or three credit cards for her order and they had a lengthy discussion about it with the cashier, and several cars in line behind us pulled out and left. I think that could have been handled better. I'm sure that cost Jacks some lost sales and maybe an order or two that was prepared but lost cause the customers left and tired of waiting. Just saying. Our food was good.
