Subway - Centralia
Subway
Description
At this local eatery, the experience is as mixed as the sandwiches they serve. While many appreciate the diverse menu and the option to customize meals, concerns about food safety and health protocols have emerged, particularly regarding staff not wearing masks during food preparation. Patrons have also noted inconsistent service, with long wait times and frequent order mistakes, leading to frustration. However, other diners have reported delightful experiences, praising friendly staff and excellent food quality. Despite the high prices and mixed service experiences, this restaurant maintains a loyal following for its fresh ingredients and welcoming atmosphere, especially for families.

"Fantastic sandwiches! **Service:** Takeout **Meal Type:** Lunch **Price per Person:** $10–20 **Food Rating:** 5/5 **Service Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 5/5 I highly recommend the cookies, low-fat milk, Black Forest ham, roast beef, Subway Club, and the 12-pack cookie box."
The food is on par with any Subway, but the subs are overpriced, and that's about all I can say about the food. The service, however, is terrible. I genuinely dislike coming here, especially when my wife wants to eat here. The staff is painfully slow and often makes mistakes while ringing up orders. They’ve messed up ours multiple times, as well as those of others in line. It's never crowded, yet it still takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get just two subs, which is absolutely ridiculous. Food rating: 4/10.

Not shocking, but Centralia's Subway is struggling to meet expectations like most of their other locations. Meat is questionable, the employees clearly hate their job by their body language, usually understaffed, always out of bacon, and while the sandwich artists are in the back filling up the sauce bottles, you'll see several fruit flies hang out on your sandwich being made. I am shocked Subway is still in business in Centralia as Prengers Extreme Mart serves better sandwiches with better service at half the price (literally half the price). Our family won't be eating Subway anymore. Stick a fork in this location. I've never been impressed.
