Amazing! Best coffee in town hands down. They roast their own beans in the shop and also offer homemade dark chocolate:D Justin's roasts and sale of coffee beans is under any coffee shop I've ever had. I am proud to go here every day and offer my money for a little business in my local community.

I love Santa Lucia, and order online for my coffee beans, since I've moved to Vancouver WA. Nothing better than getting those freshly roasted beans in the meail.

This place is an absolute jewel! From the moment you enter, you can feel that it is a work of love, and this is only confirmed when you taste their coffee and food offerings. I don't live in Centralia, but her business is my intermediate station between Portland and Seattle, as they have simple parking right in front of I-5 and they can rival the best coffee and snacks in any city. I always hang on freshly roasted beans to enjoy at home that are quite expensive and make a perfect cup at home. And if they have it, do yourself a favor and buy some homemade chocolate!

I always loved Santa Lucia. The new addition of the Flourish Cafe....only amazing! I had a club pack and peppermint patty cheesecake. Both were so fresh and tasty. Great service and atmosphere! All the way.
