While the service is generally good, they could benefit from having more staff at times. The atmosphere is typical of a Mexican restaurant. However, it would be an improvement if they removed the candy machines by the entrance.

Unfortunately, on this visit, we ordered b... read more The service is consistently good, and I've only dined there a few times, but the food had always met my expectations. Unfortunately, on this visit, we ordered beef and bean nachos, and they were quite disappointing. The cheese was overly watery, and the beans had a color that I can't even name. As for the beef—if it really was beef, it was unrecognizable. The food was the only real letdown of the experience.

Anyhow it's not the food so much as the service, they're just plain rude.... read more The food is mediocre, if you ever been out of the Midwest and actually have a pallet. Anyhow it's not the food so much as the service, they're just plain rude. They don't think anyone understands Spanish, so they go on chatting and shouting and shouting but people do understand. If it weren't for it being the only Mexican restaurant in town and sometimes I don't want to drive I would not give them my business. I usually go to Vegas and Mexico Missouri.
