What Thomas Steiger likes about Centerville Cafe:
I've been to the Cafe 2 times in the last month. It's my new favorite Asian restaurant in Lewis County! The new menu has Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese food. The Pad Thai, and chicken with vegetables that I ate were delicious. The vegetables were especially fresh. I will have Vietnamese food the next time I go. My wife loves it too! View all feedback.
