I could stop in any... read more Casey’s used to be my favorite spot; it was my go-to place. I loved their food, and their rewards program was one of the best in my opinion. I could stop in anytime for free air and a clean bathroom. Unfortunately, none of that holds true anymore. The bathrooms are now among the dirtiest I’ve seen at gas stations, they never have window cleaning supplies available, and they seem to be trying to squeeze every penny out of customers by charging for air. When I arrived, I found out that my pizzas had been given to someone from the hospital. Even though I work there and was still in my scrubs, I was understandably frustrated because I hadn’t given my order to the person who took my pizzas. I can be a bit hot-headed and my temper got the best of me. I expressed my frustrations rather loudly. However, Celeste handled the situation with grace; she remained calm, collected, and respectful throughout my rant.
