The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. We went for dinner around 4:45, there was maybe 2 other families there as well, so not busy at all. There were 8/9 waitstaff, and yet we had to ask a few times to even just get water afterbeing seated. We had to beg a bus boy to be waited on. I’m not even sure who our waitress was. They were too busy standing atthe bar chatting and goofing around. They were all nice-but working didn’t seem to be a priority. The manager included. Nobodywas working, and couldn’t be bothered to actually do their job. We’ve gone twice and it’s been like this. We wanted togive it a second shot since we loved the food so much. But the staff is disappointing. And listen-I’m the anti-Karen. I willnever complain. But this was a little much. If the staff improves, will 100% give it another shot. The food was worth it.

Also ordered the turkey sandwich, which had fresh carved turkey and garlic Parm fries which were so crispyand yummy.???????? Will definitely come back and look for other locations.

We were excited to know they opened... read more Parm is one of the brands under Major Food Group and their menu is inspired by famous chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi. We were excited to know they opened up a new location in Woodbury Outlet. The decor is adorable and classic with lots of seatingand cozy vibe. They serve limited options and we got Fried Zucchini, Fresh Mozzarella and Garlic Bread Combination, Caesar Saladas starters. For entrees, we had Penne Scampi, Rigatoni Carbone and Chicken Parm Platter with Pasta to share with a group of 5adults. The food was overall decent satisfying with great portion and reasonable price. We were too full to finish all so wetook out the leftover. Our favorites were the zucchini which is crispy and the Penne Scampi which the sauce is creamy flavorful.
