What User likes about Iron Chef Of Central Valley:
The hibachi was good; your standard experience. They do have a happy hour and military discount. The overall building is chilly, but when cooking it was plenty warm. Supposedly the building had been brought over from Japan, so that could be part of the drafty feel. There currently isn't a sushi chef, so they are just focused on the hibachi portion. I had heard that the restaurant had been renovated. There was still a strong off odor upon entering the building. The restrooms do seem nicer and maybe the floor was redone in the main dining room but that was about it. Otherwise standard Hibachi fare at reasonable prices. View all feedback.
