After waiting 5 minutes, asked the boy at the window if I was all set and he said “yup”. Pulled away and checked before leaving the parking lot. Missing 3 fries. Go to the drive thru and she says “you, pulled away..” girl- your counterpart told me I was all set. She was rude and stated I’d have to wait behind the 5 cars in front of me. I asked her if she could just bring them out if I went to a pick up spot and she said “no, you’ll wait” then says “just come in for a refund..” said I just want my fries and she ignored me. I want a full refund because not only was I missing half the order and your people are terrible but I did half the work!
