Order 2 fish. Got them Luke warm and covered in tarter sauce. Seems like they over did it on purpose. No one would want that much. Disgusting. Had to throw them both away. Oh and the fries were cold. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’d go -10 on the service. Used the app, so I did 50% of their work already. After waiting 5 minutes, asked the boy at the window if I was all set and he said “yup”. Pulled away and checked before leaving the parking lot. Missing 3 fries. Go to the drive thru and she says “you, pulled away..” girl- your counterpart told me I was all set. She was rude and stated I’d have to wait behind the 5 cars in front of me. I asked her if she could just bring them out if I went to a pick up spot and she said “no, you’ll wait” then says “just come in for a refund..” said I just want my fries and she ignored me. I want a full refund because not only was I missing half the order and your people are terrible but I did half the work!
