Kfc - Central Point

Terrible customer service at this location, first time coming here and will definitely be the last.

I had not been to a KFC location in a couple of years. (It's not a restaurant we have in Juneau, AK). This KFC location was empty of other customers when we arrived. The building was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and competent. The food service was fast and the food itself tasted great! I ordered the KFC version of chicken nuggets, their fries, and a soda. The food was nicely seasoned. No complaints! I'm glad to have tried KFC again and was not disappointed.Kid-friendliness: With bright colors, clean floors and tables, good food, and plenty of places to sit, this KFC location seems perfect for busy moms with littles, big kids, or a combination of the two who are looking for a break from cooking/making one of the meals for her family throughout any given week. The food is certain to satisfy hungry bellies and the staff I met were kind and friendly.

Omg never been in a KFC and told we ran out of chicken and the girl in charge was so rude to myself and others had one guy on break scream at us to just sit down and shut up I will never go here again.

Ordered take out bucket of chicken only, 12pc, it cost $39.99! Again, that's with no sides.WTH is this chicken made of, gold?! Holy cow, It wasn't even that crispy. Never again! Albertsons chicken is more affordable and tastes better. WOW, utter disbelief at the cost. KFC really thinks highly of their chicken. They just lost our family's business, good luck to their future. SMH
