Horrible vibes from Sue, the owner. kicked us out because she thought I was texting a previous patron who she'd taken a personal disliking to, meanwhile I was texting my partner. Wouldn't listen to any reason while I was trying to show her my phone screen and personal texts to prove I wasnt currently texting this person she didn't like. Very pleasant traditional pub in New Cross conveniently located for the high street and New Cross station.

Good n proper irish pub, no food just vibes, honest prices, jukebox turned up in the eve, great service from Elle, Fin, John K, Isla, Noah, Ben, Dan, Jack, Della, Ella and Sue :P

Fantastic pub, amazing to see the first ever flat screen TV ever produced (1997’s Sharp PALC-42); still going strong and showing the football. A real piece of history within another larger piece of history.
