While the selection of breads and fillings caters to diverse tastes, including low-fat and vegan options, recent reviews highlight significant service shortcomings. Issues such as unclear payment processes, a malfunctioning card machine, and unsatisfactory food handling practices have frustrated customers seeking a seamless experience. Despite a generally friendly staff, inconsistencies in communication and product offerings may deter repeat visits. Overall, while the food remains appealing, the service must improve to enhance customer satisfaction.
The card machine was not functioning, so the staff member tried to fix it for 10 minutes without success. As a result, I was unable to purchase any food and did not have time to go to Tesco for lunch. This also caused me to be late for school.
I would appreciate it if the staff changed their gloves before preparing vegan sandwiches, not after, as it doesn't make sense. Only a few times did some of them do so, but recently they haven't been very careful (maybe due to new hires). People who don't eat meat don't want their food to be touched after handling all sorts of meats. It is quite frustrating as vegan food is more expensive than meat dishes. Thank you.
The service was prompt and the sandwich options were plentiful. The drinks menu was good and there was seating available for dining, although there were no toilets on site (however, there are some in the multi-storey car park nearby).
As always with Subway, this Subway had a great choice of fillings and breads. Always has a list of ingredient values. Good fresh food. Great for people with a food intolerance.
These are a chain of eating places for all ages providing a good variety of meals. My only dissatisfaction was that I could not clearly understand the assistant who spoke with a soft foreign accent.
