On arrival, we were greeted by various staff members who were very smiley and friendly. We were served by Pamela who was very attentive throughout and really took care of us if there was anything we needed. The room itself was stunning -we felt very relaxed taking in the wonderful surroundings. Had a nice afternoon tea at Luton Hoo. Sandwiches and scones were delicious but sadly cakes did not taste as nice as they looked.Service was very good.
Afternoon tea... sandwiches were fab! Cakes were a disappointment . Avoid the very dark green cake

The staff were attentive, the food delicious and the tea kept coming. We could have had more if we could have found room for it!
We celebrated a birthday here, afternoon tea with bubbles! The best cucumber sandwich I have ever tasted. I've had afternoon tea in several places but this tops them all. The quality of the bread is exceptional. We will be back.
