Ended up leaving the store without food, angry, and embarrassed.

Never greet you, have went in twice instead of a greeting I got an eye roll, fries NEVER fresh. Waited an hour for my food fries were so cold . Asked for fresh fries was ignored the first time , had to ask again. Visitedlocation again , fries not fresh again nor was I greeted . This location used to be my favorite but it definitely isn?t anymore.

However, every... read more Before the pandemic, Wingstop was fantastic! The chicken and fries were incredibly delicious. I really enjoyed the Cajun and lemon pepper sauces. However, everything changed during COVID. I've noticed a lot of flies buzzing around inside the restaurant. Plus, there's an outdoor garbage can too close to the entrance, which is attracting them. Why is there even a garbage can outside? The flies have already made their way into Wingstop, and I definitely don’t want them landing on my food. Also, the floor near the soda machine is sticky. I hope Wingstop returns to its former glory soon!
