WE ORDERED STEAME... read more EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT GREAT HOUSE CENTERVILLE! WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL AND REGULAR CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS, BUT NOT ANYMORE. WE ORDERED STEAMED BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC SAUCE, AS PER THE MENU. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED GARLIC SAUCE, NOT GINGER SAUCE. WHEN THEY SENT THE WRONG SAUCE, I CALLED TO REQUEST WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR. THEY REFUSED AND INSTEAD OFFERED TO PICK UP ALL THE FOOD WE ORDERED, WHICH CAME TO OVER $70, RATHER THAN SIMPLY MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY WITH THE CORRECT ORDER. THIS IS NOT HOW ANYONE SHOULD BE TREATED, ESPECIALLY A LOYAL CUSTOMER! OVERALL: I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREAT HOUSE CENTERVILLE.

The lo mein... read more I ordered the Moo Shi Pork, House Special Lo Mein, and Chicken in Garlic Sauce. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite bland and lacked any seasoning. The lo mein also had very little meat and shrimp. Overall, the experience was just okay, and I don’t plan to order from here again.

In all this time, the only issue we've had was once when the ribs were overcooked.
