Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and turned what should have been a simple process of ordering donuts into an awkward experience. I sincerely hope that she is addressed about her behavior; otherwise, I won't be returning to this location again.

They messed up my order—my drink didn’t have any caramel, and one of the hot beverages was served cold and only half full. I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru for two incorrectly made drinks. I tried contacting Dunkin', but I haven't received a response yet. I won't be coming back to this store! I suggest checking out the Speedway across the street for a better experience. #Chapter11
