We also ordered a g... read more This was the worst chic-fil-a we have ever been to. The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were both dry and tasted like left over meat. We also ordered a grilled chicken club and the bread was falling apart when we got the sandwich. Not only thisbut this sandwich was actually a bit cold. The staff seemed uninviting and disorganized. They also didn?t provide the sauce thatcomes with the club and didn?t even give us the other sauces we had requested. We ordered and paid for our food but at thewindow they couldn?t find our order. Very disappointed with this service.

Worst customer service experience of my life, went with my family waiting 15 minutes in line due to big rush which is standard during dinner hours that I unders... read more Worst customer service experience of my life, went with my family waiting 15 minutes in line due to big rush which is standard during dinner hours that I understand but I didn?t like was as soon as it was my turn someone cut the line order a shake (someKaren) and the cashier didn?t inform her that there?s a line and right next to me took her order and completely ignored usneither called out the lady that completely cut us in line while we waited and she only waited less then a minute not okay, Iinformed the cashier I didn?t know it was okay to cut the line just to order a shake and she responded ?I couldn?t decline her?okay perfect so just so everyone knows, you can cut a rush hour line if you?re just ordering a shake because you?ll be priority.The lack of apologizing and consideration from the cashier and the Karen was enough to possibly never come back here again. I?veworked in the food industry as a teen and know that it?s hard to confrontational but there is a line and order in which peopleare serviced, no need to be rude to anyone cutting a line but just simply state and acknowledge that a customer is waiting andit?s their turn to place their order but the lack of that just made me sick to my stomach.

Once you order, the service is super quick and we got our food less than 5 minutes later. Everything tastes great, only mistake was myFrosted Lemonade became a diet version somehow, but nothing serious whatsoever. Very clean place, would definitely recommend!
