This Subway in Centerton, AR, is by far the best one I've ever ordered from, and I've tried many! I always get the same sandwich—a classic Italian BMT with meat, cheese, mayo, and vinaigrette dressing. I've placed six orders since moving here, and each one has been consistently delicious. I just found the lack of courtesy rude, and unfortunately, it seems to be a trend at several locations lately.
I placed a mobile order and had my husband pick it up. I ordered a veggie sandwich with bacon and a cold cut combo, along with two bags of chips. On the order form, I specifically requested that the bacon be cooked only for the veggie sandwich and to not toast it. However, when my husband picked up the order, my bacon was completely uncooked—still cold and limp! Additionally, my husband’s sandwich didn’t have any lettuce. The staff really need to pay closer attention to the order details.
Staff was rude. Younger lady was impatient and acted like she didn’t wanna be at work.
I ordered 2 veg foot long online with most of the vegetables but when i opened the footlong nothing is there only few tomato pieces ....so better not add any orders hereVegetarian options: employee are not filling up for online orders.
Came in for lunch today 9/8 got one of the new sandwiches I believe it is called the mexicali and over all good sandwich but to much avocado.
